WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY 'PRODUCER' ?

Throughout my career I've been told my greatest skills is not just getting things done, but getting the right things done.  I am passionate about working effectively, on breakthrough problems and challenges, and working with teams who are energised and focussed on outcomes.  Since leaving 'corporate life' I have committed to working with companies who are like-minded, and want to create profound change in their organisation for the value of their customers.  If you need something unique or challenging produced, I'm your person.

My Value Proposition is that I will design and execute projects, to a global best-practice standard, by working alongside you - to not only deliver, but build capability within your organisation.  By leveraging the experience gained from a broad range of projects that include design, innovation, value proposition, strategy,  communication, & change management for worldwide clients, I know what it takes to deliver a world-class outcome, within a constrained timeframe and budget.  I know how to lead, to organise, to gather insights about your client or your marketplace to inform the design, to project manage, to run budgets and resources, and ensure the outcome is globally differentiating for your organisation.

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

My team and I work on either a daily rate, or a project rate.  We will be completely upfront and honest with you as to whether we think we can undertake the project you are asking for within the provided time & budget.  Our goal is to provide you with the most commercial value, as effectively as we can.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A BRIEF OR WILL YOU CREATE IT FOR ME?

Whatever is easier for you.  If you have a brief in mind, lets discuss it.  Maybe you just have a problem you are trying to solve.  Even better.  I can write a 'reverse-brief' and get you to tell us if that is what you want done.  I will be very specific about the problem you are trying to solve and your expectations on outcomes.

 

WHO WILL BE RUNNING THE PROJECT?

The project will always be managed by one of the Directors of The Producer.  The Director will bring in a project team if needed, who will be agreed up-front with you.

DO YOU WORK WITHIN OUR ORGANISATION OR INDEPENDENTLY?

Whichever suits you best.  I prefer to work collaboratively with you - as I believe teamwork will derive a greater outcome.  If that means working from your offices, great.  If not my team and I are happy to work remotely.  We keep time-sheets for all our work.

HOW DO YOU PARTNER WITH OTHER PROVIDERS?

The Producer has access to a global network of practitioners, and we will select the best production partners we can to meet your brief.  All partners will be vetted and agreed with you up-front, and you will be quoted prices net.  We charge a production fee which is declared in the quote, to run the overall project.
